  1. Hi! I think this is quite similar to a diet plan that my sister is using - the 3 Day Military diet. What's great about these short-term weight loss plans is the fact that you won't get bored. These shorter spurts of eating light has benefited my sister; doing exercises with the diet helped a lot, too. I think it's not feasible to sustain weight loss without some form of exercise - whether cardio or strength training (my sister does both).
